Terms and Conditions of Service: Ordering and payment for a hotel or a plane ticket when the car of a Member of the Auto Club is involved in an accident with the impossibility of its further operation (the vehicle is not running), except for damage to no more than one wheel of the car, as well as outside the locality of registration and/or residence of the Member of the Auto Club: ● The service is applicable to booking and paying for either a hotel or an aeroplane ticket; ● The service is provided only if there are available rooms in partner hotels located in the same place as the Auto Club; ● Accommodation will be provided only in a hotel near the place where the Auto Club member's car was involved in an accident. This will be limited to a maximum of 3 days; ● availability of free seats in economy class for an airplane ticket departing from the country of location of the Auto Club Member; ● The service will be provided only if a document confirming the occurrence of an accident is presented. This document must be issued by the law enforcement authorities of the country where the accident occurred.
