Another reason may be insufficient memory on your phone to receive new messages. Try to clear the SMS history of your phone.

The most common reason why a bank card payment is unsuccessful is that the payment has been rejected by your bank that issued you the card.
This happens in the following cases: - there are insufficient funds on the card - the card has exceeded the payment limit - card data is entered incorrectly - card expired - the card cannot be used for online payments - 3D Secure service is not activated (to confirm the transaction, an SMS message with a one-time code is sent to your phone).
Check the above points in the bank's application or contact the bank manager by phone to clarify the exact reason.
