DO NOT GIVE ROAD TO PEDESTRIAN
Motorists often treat pedestrians with disdain, allowing themselves not to let them pass when necessary and provided for by traffic rules. One of the most common situations is when a driver does not allow a person to cross a pedestrian crossing. In such a case, according to Art. 600 clause 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan: Failure to comply with the requirements of traffic rules to give way to pedestrians or other road users, with the exception of drivers of vehicles enjoying the advantage in traffic, entails a fine of 10 MCI (30.630 tenge)
