HOW TO CHALLENGE A FINE FROM A CAMERA
1. By statute of limitations: According to Art. 743 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan, if the owner (owner) of the vehicle was not properly notified within 2 months (that is, did not receive notification by mail, from the hands of a police officer or via SMS), the order on the need to pay a fine is subject to termination (Part 1, Clause 5 article 741 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan). In this case, it is necessary to apply in writing to the UAP DP or through the e-government portal with an application to terminate the administrative proceedings. 2.
